Fresh, unpasteurized caviar capable of awakening all the senses. It is obtained through two extractions a year, in spring and autumn, following the natural cycles of female sturgeons. It is excellent quality standard caviar, with eggs of the usual size of Siberian sturgeon (diameter of 2.5 to 3mm). Golden Star Award 2013 at the Superior Taste Award. Short description: Traditional fresh caviar, artisanally made. Tasting: It is important to keep it cold until the moment of tasting.
