Vitamin D3 is essential for the proper functioning of the body. The function of vitamin D is to increase the absorption of calcium and phosphorus in the intestine to allow optimal mineralization of certain tissues such as bones or teeth. By facilitating the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, vitamin D maintains adequate concentrations of these two minerals in our cells. It also helps the normal functioning of muscles and the immune system. Vitamin K-2 (in the form of Menoquinone-7 MK-7) is particularly important for the mobilization of calcium from the blood to the bones, where it is needed.

Directions for use:

Take one VegCap per day preferably with a meal or a glass of water.
