How to use

To promote fluid circulation and cleanse the body, we recommend doing a beauty cure once a year with Birch Juice. It is a pure juice extracted from organic birch leaves.

Dilute 2 tablespoons of Weleda Birch Juice in water, herbal teas, or juice twice a day. Take with meals and shake before use. Dilute one tablespoon in water or herbal tea, 2 or 3 times a day, before meals. You can also dilute 2-3 tablespoons in a liter bottle of mineral water to consume throughout the day. It is recommended to take it for 3 to 6 weeks.
