Description:

Golden flax seeds are an extraordinary source of polyunsaturated omega 3 fatty acids (75%). They also provide digestive enzymes, vitamin E, B vitamins, and minerals. They can be consumed raw, soaked for a few hours, or ground into flour. They can also be mixed with juices, smoothies, yogurt, or used in the preparation of bread and desserts. For external use, they can be used for wraps and poultices by preparing a mixture of ground flaxseed with hot water.
