Our Picual Temprano Eco variety is characterized by an intense fruity aroma of green olives, with great complexity and harmony between green and fruity notes, such as fig, olive leaf, and tomato plant, complemented by sweeter aromas like green banana and hints of anise. On the palate, it is very structured and powerful, reminiscent of the olfactory notes but very balanced; with a medium bitterness and slightly more intense spiciness, leading to a clean finish of nuts. It is an ideal extra virgin olive oil for use raw, whether in a salad or with good bread, and also makes for an exclusive and unique gift.
