Our Picual Temprano Eco variety is characterized by an intense green olive fruitiness, with great complexity and harmony between green and fruity notes, such as fig, olive leaf, and tomato plant, complemented by sweeter aromas like green banana and hints of anise. On the palate, it is very structured and powerful, reminiscent of the olfactory notes, but very well-balanced; it has a medium bitterness and a slightly more intense spiciness, with a clean finish of nuts. It is an ideal extra virgin olive oil for consuming raw, whether in a salad or with good bread, and it also makes for an exclusive and unique gift.
