2023 was a good vintage for whites. Luva was harvested between late August and early September before the rains began, giving us fresh, aromatic wines with great balance on the palate. VIÑEDO Volta 2023 was made with grapes from two of the property's vineyards: Finca a Torreta, a 20 year old Godello vineyard in the high mountainous area with slate soils; Finca de cuñas, 2ha of 45 year old Albariño on granite soils, from this same vineyard come the Treixadura and Loureira grapes.

The grapes are harvested by hand in 20 kg boxes, a first selection is made in the vineyard and a second manual selection before entering the winery. The plots ferment separately in steel tanks, rests 5 months on its lees until bottling.
