The Albariño Paloma Rey de Pazo Rubianes 2021 represents the excellence of the winery, created in tribute to Doña Paloma Rey Fernández-Latorre, an important figure of the Pazo de Rubianes. Produced from the best harvests with only 900 bottles, this wine is a careful interpretation of Albariño, combining aging on lees and in clay amphorae for 6 and 7 months, respectively. This vintage stands out for its silky texture and aromatic complexity, maintaining the Atlantic freshness of Val do Salnés. Its aromas evoke ripe peach, jasmine, citrus, and hazelnut, complemented by mineral notes. On the palate, it is elegant and broad, with integrated acidity and a long finish of fruit and minerality.
