Allende Blanco 2020 is one of the most outstanding white wines from Rioja, created by Miguel Ángel de Gregorio at Finca Allende. This wine is made from Viura and Malvasía grapes from vineyards over 55 years old, planted in clay and gravel soils. The harvest is manual and carefully selected before fermenting in new French oak barrels for 28 days. The wine ages in barrels for 14 months, keeping it on its lees with batonnage to add depth and complexity. On the nose, it stands out with aromas of fruits like grapefruit, peach, and pear, along with notes of hazelnut and butter.
