This Alvear Amontillado Carlos VII is a very old fine wine. It has been aged by biological aging under veil of flor. It continues its elaboration in oxidative aging, this time without veil of flor and in American oak barrels. It is made following the traditional system of criaderas and soleras with periodic sacas and rocíos until it reaches an average age of more than 20 years.
