Arínzano Gran Vino Blanco 2019 is the flagship wine of Propiedad de Arínzano (Navarra, Spain) , made from 100% Chardonnay under the prestigious Vino de Pago classification , the highest quality designation in Spain. It comes from selected plots such as Canteras , with sandstone and limestone soils in a unique Atlantic-influenced microclimate that produces wines of freshness, elegance and mineral character.

The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented directly in French oak barrels , where the wine is aged on its lees for 8 to 10 months , with regular bâtonnage. It does not undergo malolactic fermentation, preserving its natural acidity and tension, resulting in a precise and complex style.

In the glass it shows a pale golden colour with greenish reflections. The nose is intense and complex , with notes of brioche, lemon, nuts, honey and balsamic hints. On the palate it is rich, balanced and fresh , with a long, elegant and persistent finish. A top Spanish Chardonnay, ideal with seafood, fish or fine cuisine.
