As Caborcas 2023 is a renowned wine from Telmo Rodríguez's Galician project, coming from a spectacular vineyard in Santa Cruz do Bolo, Valdeorras. This vineyard, 2.5 hectares in size, is located on steep slopes next to the Bibei River and features old vines planted in granitic soils. The production of this wine is low-intervention, preserving the delicacy and Atlantic freshness of the terroir.
