Astobiza Rosé 2022 is a rosé wine produced by Bodegas Astobiza in the Valle de Ayala (Álava), within the D.O. Arabako Txakolina. This wine is made from the indigenous varieties of the region, Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Beltza, grown in vineyards at about 300 meters above sea level. The strong Atlantic influence in this area contributes to exceptional freshness and character in the wine. The harvest is done carefully, followed by controlled fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, which helps preserve the aromatic expression of the fruit.
