Casajuana 25 Years Limited Edition Solera Reserva 1892 Brandy is a premium Spanish brandy produced by Casajuana , a historic producer based in Tomelloso, one of Spain’s traditional regions for wine distillates. This expression represents the most refined and aged style of their solera system.
Made from wine distillates (mainly Airén), the brandy is aged using the traditional solera and criaderas systemin century-old American oak casks. The extended ageing process, reaching up to 25 years, results in a spirit of remarkable depth and smoothness.
On the nose it offers aromas of dried fruits, fine wood, vanilla and caramel , along with hints of tobacco, cocoa and sweet spices. On the palate it is rich, smooth and elegant , with a long, persistent finish and well-integrated ageing notes.
It is best enjoyed neat, in a balloon glass at room temperature , ideal for slow, contemplative drinking.
