Volver is a red wine from D.O. Castilla la Mancha produced by Bodegas Volver. It was founded in 2004 by Rafael Cañizares, winemaker of great reputation in the La Mancha area and Jorge Ordoñez, renowned importer of Spanish wines. All its vineyards are goblet-trained, so farming is done in an artisanal and non-mechanized way.
This is a single varietal Tempranillo wine. The grapes used to make Volver come from Finca los Jucares, a vineyard planted in 1957 with an area of 29 hectares on sandy and limestone soils.
