Volver Single Vineyard 2022 is an outstanding red wine from Bodegas Volver, part of the D.O. Castilla la Mancha. It is made exclusively from Tempranillo grapes cultivated in the historic Finca Los Juncares vineyard. The challenging soil conditions allow for exceptional grapes with great concentration and character. The harvest is manual, with strict selection of grapes. After fermentation with indigenous yeasts, the wine ages for 14 to 15 months in French oak barrels. The nose features aromas of blackcurrant, licorice, and tobacco, with elegant toasted notes. On the palate, it is broad with a silky texture, combining ripe fruit with spicy hints.
