All its vineyards are goblet-trained, so farming is done in an artisanal and non-mechanized way.
This is a single varietal Tempranillo wine. The grapes used to make Volver come from Finca los Jucares, a vineyard planted in 1957 with an area of 29 hectares on sandy and limestone soils.
