Baynos Blanco de Viura 2020 Magnum is one of the most ambitious white wine endeavors in Rioja, born from the García family's project, recognized for their Mauro wineries. This wine comes from small plots of old vines located in Baños de Ebro, in the heart of Rioja Alavesa. The production adheres to organic and biodynamic practices, fermenting in barrels with indigenous yeasts and aging for 20 months in French oak. This aims to maximize the wine's complexity, texture, and aging potential.
