This blend combines 70% Mencía with 30% of grapes such as Brancellao, Merenzao, Garnacha, Mouratón, Negreda and Sousón. In the aromatic tasting, it stands out for its notes of violets, red fruit and Mediterranean herbs. Recommended for pairing with stews and grilled meats, it should be served at 16 ºC.
