Les Parcelles 2021 embodies the essence of Belondrade's great white wine. Originating from two Verdejo parcels, La Cruz and Alameda, located in La Seca (Valladolid), this wine was conceived by Didier Belondrade, who acquired the parcels in 2016. Its aging process is unique; each parcel is aged separately in second-use barrels. Didier chose to release the wine to the market only when he deemed it at its optimal drinking point, which took almost 5 years in the bottle. According to him, it is a wine that represents creative freedom, made solely for the pleasure of creating it, reflecting the vision he had when starting his journey at Quinta San Diego. This wine is a delicacy, with only 2,145 bottles available, promising an unparalleled tasting experience.
