Dominio del Bendito Las Sabias is a wine made from Tinta de Toro that comes from a vineyard over 45 years old, Páramo de la Jara, located at 700 meters altitude, with soils of cobbles and arena.Vendimia manual and selection of grapes in the winery. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and concrete tanks with epoxy resin. Aged for 14 months in French and American oak barrels , Dominio del Bendito Las Sabias is a powerful, round and fruity wine. The greater prominence of fruit marks the character of this new style of Toro wines.
