Bufadors Vinya del Rascarà Brut Nature 2019 is a sparkling wine from the Corpinnat appellation made by Bufadors , the personal project of Ton Mata (third generation of the Recaredo family) together with Encarna Castillo. It is produced from 100% Xarel-lo from a single plot planted in 1999 in the Alt Penedès, grown organically and biodynamically to faithfully express the character of the vineyard and the chalky soil of the area.

The winemaking process follows a philosophy of minimal intervention: fermentation with indigenous yeasts and secondary fermentation in the bottle with must from the vineyard itself, without the addition of sulfites or other additives. The wine is aged for more than five years on its lees in the bottle , developing great complexity and a very fine bubble, before disgorging by hand.

The nose is elegant and subtle, with aromas of fresh citrus, white fruit and light herbal and smoky nuances. The palate is precise and vibrant, with a silky texture, marked freshness and a long finish with mineral and saline notes. A sparkling wine of great purity and personality, ideal to accompany seafood, fish, appetizers or Mediterranean dishes.
