Marañones 2021 is an outstanding Garnacha wine from the Sierra de Gredos, produced by Bodega Marañones in San Martín de Valdeiglesias, Madrid. It reflects the characteristic granite and mountainous landscape, offering a fresh, elegant, and mineral version of Garnacha. The grapes come from old, organically grown parcels in granite at over 800 meters altitude. Fermentation occurs with native yeasts and partly with whole clusters, followed by aging for 12 months in French oak.
