A high altitude Monastrell that reflects the purity of the terroir of D.O. Jumilla. Old vineyards in calcareous soils, biodynamic farming and minimal intervention give life to a vibrant and elegant red wine. Aromas of ripe red fruit, Mediterranean herbs and a subtle touch of cocoa. On the palate, it stands out for its mineral freshness, polished tannins and a persistent and complex structure. Fermented in wooden vats and aged 11 months in French oak foudres, it is bottled unfiltered and unclarified to preserve all its authenticity. Ideal for pairing with cheeses, cured meats and Mediterranean dishes, it is recommended to be served at 16ºC
