Chivite Colección 125 White from the 2019 vintage represents the essence of the Chivite winery, known for its dedication and winemaking tradition. This wine is made from selected Chardonnay grapes from a unique plot located on a hillside with a loamy soil at an altitude of about 480 meters. The ideal climatic conditions and the influence of the Atlantic-continental climate provide these grapes with a slow and balanced ripening, resulting in wines with high acidity and aromatic potential. Harvesting is done by hand to ensure the quality and condition of the grapes. Chivite Colección was created in 1985 to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the winery's first export in 1860, symbolizing its legacy in viticulture and commitment to excellence.
