With perfectclimatic and soilconditions to obtain complexity, typicity and unusual aging capacityreserved for only a fewterroirs around the world, this wine comes from the selection of grapes from a single plot. This plot is located on anorth-facing, clay-loam textured hillside at an altitude of approximately 480 meters. This component and the strong influence of the Atlantic-continental climate allow the Chardonnay variety to ripen gradually. Without dehydrating or showing exorbitant increases in alcohol content, maintaining perfect acidity levels , with great aromatic potential and great expressiveness , the grapes are harvested by hand in boxes so that they arrive intact at the winery where they are later selected. This 125 collection was created in 1985 to celebrate the 125th anniversary of the winery's first export , which took place in 1860.
