This Chivite Rosé is a wine of complex elaboration. It is the perfect example of the precision and dedication required to make a high quality rosé. A very subtle balance between finesse and structure. Behind this unique wine there is an attentive winemaking process : it comes from the selection of red Garnacha and Tempranillo vineyards of the Legardeta Estateor northern Navarra. With the influence of the Atlantic-continental climate and a harvest at the perfect point of ripeness , the Chivite group originates from Bodegas Julián Chivite , a winery with a great history dating back to 1647. The final exploitation covers more than 400 hectares.
