This white wine is the result of selecting ancient vineyards in Quintana del Pidio, where the combination of high altitude and low yields ensures exceptional quality. During production, the wine ferments in stainless steel and French barrels, followed by careful aging on lees that enhances its complexity and freshness. On the nose, it offers a rich palette of aromas including pear, green apple, yellow flowers, and a hint of mint, accompanied by delicate smoky nuances from the barrel.
