Laurel Blanco 2023 marks the winemaking debut of Clos i Terrasses in whites, a renowned winery by Daphne Glorian in the prestigious Priorat. This wine comes from a plot in Les Manyetes, Gratallops, where Garnacha Blanca is skillfully blended with Chenin Blanc and Viognier. Its fermentation in barrel and amphora, followed by seven months of aging, aims to enhance the minerality of the terroir and add complexity. On the nose, the wine reveals a range of fragrances: white peach, apricot, white flowers, jasmine, citrus peels, along with spicy notes and a robust minerality. On the palate, it presents a balanced interplay between silky texture, vibrant stone fruit, and a defined salty character.
