El Cerro Brujo 2021 is part of the exclusive microvinification project Alto Horizonte. Created to preserve old Garnacha vineyards, it comes from a small plot in Navatalgordo in the Sierra de Gredos. Made with whole clusters and spontaneous fermentation, this wine offers an elegant and transparent profile, distant from the powerful style typical of Garnacha. Aromas of raspberry, cherry, wildflowers, and granite notes combine to provide a mineral and fresh sensation. On the palate, it is a precise wine, with silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and great depth, culminating in a long, elegant, and saline finish. Wine Spectator highlighted its balance between lightness and complexity, reflecting the granitic character and altitude of its origin.
