Bright greenish yellow, this Chardonnay stands out for its aromas of ripe white fruit with subtle notes of honey and pastry. The palate is fresh, unctuous and balanced, with a persistent aftertaste. Made with fermentation in 500-liter new and 1-year-old French and Eastern European oak barrels and aged for 5 months on the lees, it reaches its fullness after at least six months in the bottle. Ideal to enjoy at 10 ºC.
