This wine is a very significant symbol of the Dehesa del Carrizal winery. It is a blendof Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. All the raw material, i.e. the grapes, were vinified in selected French oak barrels. As a result, we obtain a great balsamic wine with very light licorice notes.From Casa Ortega, we recommend pairing it with typical dishes of the area , such as the famous asadillo de La Mancha or the acclaimed Almagro eggplants.
