El Grifo Malvasia Volcanica Brut Nature Reserva 2022 is a sparkling wine produced by Bodegas El Grifo, one of the oldest wineries in Lanzarote, established in 1775. Set in the volcanic environment of the island, it uses vineyards in La Geria with the Malvasia Volcanica variety. The production process follows the Traditional Method, using pre-phylloxera vines aged between 40 and 60 years, cultivated on volcanic ash. The 2022 harvest undergoes long aging on lees in the bottle for at least five years, culminating in a manual disgorgement without added sugar, in line with the Brut Nature style. This sparkling wine, deeply connected to the environment and traditions of Lanzarote, has a dry character and is ideal for appetizers, meals, or special celebrations.
