Falcoeira A Capilla 2022 comes from an exceptional vineyard located in Valdeorras, known for its ancient terraces and rich winemaking history. This project, led by Telmo Rodriguez, was restored with admirable dedication, fully replanting the vineyard with the best samples of local varieties such as Mencia, Brancellao, and Sousón. This wine reflects the care and effort in organic agriculture, with manual harvest and production that respects the natural environment. Its aging in foudres allows the complexity of the terroir to be expressed: acidic and poor soils, in a microclimate that adds unique characteristics to the wine. The 2022 vintage has been influenced by unique climatic conditions, offering an intense, original wine with a full body. With only 1,176 bottles produced, this wine represents the essence of its region and is ideal for pairing with meals or enjoying on special occasions.
