Finca Muñoz Colección Familia 2021 is a red wine produced by Bodegas Muñoz , a family-owned winery located in Noblejas , in the northern part of the La Mancha region of central Spain. This wine belongs to the Colección Familia range, a special selection designed to showcase the character of the estate’s best vineyards.

The grapes come from estate vineyards around Noblejas, where the continental climate of Castilla-La Mancha and clay-limestone soils allow the grapes to reach optimal ripeness. The wine is produced from a blend of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon , combining ripe fruit character with structure and complexity.

After harvest, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for around 12 months in French and American oak barrels , gaining aromatic complexity and refined structure.

On the nose it shows aromas of ripe black fruits such as plum and blackberry , complemented by hints of vanilla, cocoa, spice and light toasted notes from oak ageing. On the palate it is balanced, smooth and well structured , with soft tannins and a long finish combining ripe fruit and spicy nuances.

The Magnum format (1.5 litres) allows the wine to age more slowly, helping preserve freshness and complexity over time. It pairs beautifully with grilled meats, roasts, game dishes and aged cheeses , and is ideal for sharing at gatherings and celebrations.
