Finca Nueva Blanco Fermentado en Barrica 2020 is a white wine from Rioja, produced by Bodega Finca Nueva, part of the historic Martínez Bujanda family. This modern and accessible wine is made exclusively from Viura grapes sourced from selected vineyards in Rioja Alta. The process begins with a gentle press and static racking, followed by a 25-day fermentation in new French oak barrels. The wine spends about 4 months on lees, with regular bâtonnage. Aromatically, it presents notes of pineapple, pear, ripe white fruit, citrus, vanilla, and fine toasting. On the palate, it is creamy and balanced, with enveloping freshness and a long finish with mineral touches.
