Bourgogne Aligotè by Olivier Leflaive is born in vineyards located in the heart of Burgundy, a renowned French wine-growing area for the production of wines with great elegance.
It is made exclusively from Aligotè grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine is then aged for 11 months in steel before bottling.
Olivier Leflaive's Aligotè is characterized by a golden yellow color. The nose opens with evident notes of butter and cut hay, enriched with pleasant mineral notes. The palate is soft, oily and delicious.
Perfect with salads, tapas, sausages and salami, it is ideal in combination with steamed vegetables and goat cheeses.
