Bela Roble 2022 is a red wine from the D.O. Ribera del Duero produced by Bodega Bela , the project of the historic house CVNE , founded in 1879 and a benchmark of Spanish wine. It is made with 100% Tempranillo (Tinta del País) from vineyards located in Villalba de Duero , at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level , where the continental climate and poor soils favor intense and balanced wines.

The winemaking follows a traditional process with cold maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks , followed by aging for about 6 months in French and American oak barrels. This time in oak adds complexity and structure, while maintaining the freshness and fruity character of the variety.

In the glass it has a cherry red color with violet reflections. The nose offers aromas of red and black fruit, licorice and subtle spicy and toasted notes from the aging process. The palate is fresh, balanced and with round tannins , offering a long and pleasant finish. A versatile red wine that goes very well with cold meats, grilled meats, cheeses and Mediterranean dishes.
