Finca Nueva Vendimia 2020 is a contemporary and fresh Rioja created by Bodega Finca Nueva in Rioja Alta. This wine is the work of winemaker Miguel Ángel de Gregorio, also founder of Finca Allende. Made exclusively from hand-harvested Tempranillo grapes, the winemaking process includes cold maceration and controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a brief aging of about four months in French and American oak barrels. On the nose, the wine offers notes of fresh red fruits, violet flowers, and balsamic touches, with a delicate mineral background. On the palate, it presents a smooth texture with balanced tannins, providing an agile and pleasant sensation. The short aging adds light spicy and toasted nuances, enriching the wine's fruity expression.
