Lágrima de Malvasía Blanco Seco 2020 is a white wine made in Lanzarote (Canary Islands) from 100% Malvasía Volcánica , a native variety perfectly adapted to the volcanic soils of the island. This grape, small and of scarce production, stands out for its aromatic intensity and its capacity to reflect the mineral and singular character of the Lanzarote wine-growing landscape.
In the glass it has a bright golden color and a very expressive nose, with aromas of tropical fruits, citrus and white flowers , accompanied by delicate mineral notes that evoke its volcanic origin.The palate is fresh, elegant and balanced , with good acidity and a vibrant aromatic profile that extends into a broad and very pleasant finish.
Thanks to its fresh and aromatic character, it is an ideal wine to accompany seafood, fish, rice, smoked foods or soft cheeses , and is especially pleasant served chilled, highlighting all its fruity and mineral expression.
