Leirana María Luisa Lázaro 2019 is an Albariño from Forjas del Salnés, made in collaboration with renowned winemaker Raúl Pérez. This wine is one of the most exclusive in Galicia, produced only in years when vineyard conditions are ideal. The grapes come from old vines in Val do Salnés and are grown with environmentally respectful practices. Fermented with native yeasts and without malolactic fermentation, the wine maintains the tension and purity of the vineyard. It ages for 12 months in oak and stainless steel, followed by an extended aging in tank and bottle. On the nose, it presents aromas of citrus, green apple, and flowers, with delicate saline notes. On the palate, it shows remarkable depth, vibrant acidity, and a creamy texture, reflecting the essence of great Atlantic wines. Considered a benchmark among Spanish whites, it is an exceptional gastronomic and age-worthy wine.
