A wine of the utmost complexity, with an intense mahogany color. On the palate it is round, well-balanced and full-bodied. It presents toasted aromas due to its long aging in American oak barrels, along with sublime sweet notes of fresh raisins.
Made from the Palomino Fino variety. Initial aging under flor and later oxidative aging, resulting in an amontillado, finishing its aging process with a coupage together with the Pedro Ximénez variety, which gives it those abocada notes, notes of burnt caramel, bitter orange, raisins and dates.
