Manzanilla Solear was born in 1938, the result of Manuel Barbadillo's obsession to create a unique Manzanilla, fine and aged at the same time. Solear travels during its six years of aging under the veil of flor 5 cellars, crossing El Barrio Alto from the cellar of the old convent of San Agustin to the Arboledilla, where the biological aging reaches its maximum expression.
