Peña Caballera 2019 is one of the exquisite garnachas produced by Bodega Marañones in the Sierra de Gredos, specifically from a unique plot on a slope at 850 meters altitude. The vines, which are over 50 years old, are grown on decomposed granite soils, imparting very special characteristics to the wine. This red stands out for its intense aromas of ripe red fruit, hints of pepper, and underbrush. On the palate, it presents marked tannins that are perfectly balanced with refreshing acidity.
