In this historic vineyard grows the ancient grape variety "Trebbiano di Spagna". This grape variety was already used in the time of Francesco I d'Este and was saved from the war. This grape variety forms the basis of this unmistakable Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena. The Pedronis have been working here since 1862 and are known for having antique barrels and incredible experience in the production of balsamic.
