This wine is made from an almost extinct grape variety, in an effort to preserve the Valencian viticultural heritage. Rafael Cambra has opted for minimal intervention winemaking, highlighting the freshness, finesse, and identity of the vineyard. The 2024 vintage has been awarded 95 Parker points, solidifying its reputation. The combination of altitude and respectful aging results in a wine with an almost Atlantic character, light in color with notable depth. On the nose, it showcases aromas of pomegranate, sour cherry, raspberry, and forest fruits, complemented by herbal balsamic notes and spices.
