UV is the first Remírez de Ganuza wine made from 100% Tempranillo grapes. The grapes come from the Rad (1973) in the upper area of San Vicente de la Sonsierra. The aging, which may vary depending on the vintage, takes about 16 months in 233 L French oak barrels. Only 1,642 bottles of the 2022 vintage have been made.
