Dehesa del Carrizal Petit Verdot 2022 is one of the leading examples of this variety in Spain, made in one of the few Vinos de Pago, the country’s highest classification. Sourced from own vineyards in the Montes de Toledo, this wine showcases how Petit Verdot, originally from Bordeaux, adapts wonderfully to the Castilian climate, achieving great maturity and concentration. Aromatically intense and complex, it offers notes of dark fruits such as blackberry and blueberry, licorice, eucalyptus, scrubland, and graphite mineral nuances.
