Marimar Estate Godello Don Miguel Vineyard 2022 is a white wine made in the Russian River Valley (Sonoma, California) by the Marimar Estate winery, founded by Marimar Torres. It is produced with 100% Godello , a variety originating from northwestern Spain that in this vineyard, located in the cool area of Green Valley and very close to the Pacific Ocean, finds an ideal climate to develop freshness and elegance.
Vinification combines different containers to preserve varietal expression and provide complexity. Part of the wine ferments in stainless steel tanks and part in concrete tanks , remaining on its lees to gain texture and aromatic depth.
The nose shows an expressive and elegant profile, with aromas of tangerine, pear and apple , accompanied by delicate floral notes reminiscent of gardenia. The palate is savory and balanced, with good freshness, silky texture and a mineral finish that reflects the character of the vineyard and the area's Atlantic climate.
A refined and very gastronomic white, ideal for accompanying seafood, grilled fish, ceviche or Mediterranean dishes , where its freshness and elegance blend harmoniously.
