Más de Leda 2021 is a PGI Castilla y León red wine made by Bodegas Leda from a selection of Tempranillo grapes from different vineyards located in the Duero Valley. These vineyards, some of which are very old, are grown in different soils and altitudes, which provides complexity and allows us to obtain a balanced wine that reflects the diversity of the area.
After fermentation with indigenous yeasts, the wine is aged for around 12 months in French oak barrels , followed by a period of refinement in the bottle. This process adds structure and elegance without hiding the fruity character of the variety.
The nose is intense and expressive, with aromas of ripe red and black fruit such as cherry, blackberry and plum , accompanied by spicy notes and light toasty nuances. The palate is ample and balanced, with soft tannins, good freshness and a long, persistent finish. An elegant and very gastronomic red wine, ideal to accompany red meats, roasts or traditional dishes.
