Since its founding over 40 years ago, the winery has fused tradition and innovation, expanding its production into quality sparkling wines. This Extra Brut, which began production in 2018, is inspired by production techniques that date back to the 1920s in Galicia. The grapes come from the northernmost area of the Rías Baixas Denomination of Origin, specifically from the municipality of Vedra, near the Ulla River. In this region, the grapes at the end of the summer season reach a low alcohol level and maintain remarkable acidity, perfect conditions for producing high-quality base wines. The soils, rich in organic matter and derived from metamorphic rocks, contribute to the complexity of the final product.
