Matarromera Crianza is an iconic wine from the Matarromera winery, reflecting the perfect balance between the magnitude of the ripe Tempranillo fruit and the fine complexity imparted by the wood. This wine ages in the best 225-liter barrels of French and American oak, known for their fine grain and gentle toast. The aging process takes place under controlled humidity and temperature for 12 months in barrel, followed by a resting period of 12 months in bottle.
